One of our core businesses is focused on acquisition and development of multi-family apartments in the United States. 

We also own and manage privately held businesses within our portfolio. The largest part of our portfolio is the active management of our publicly traded commitments. We have decades of experience in real estate development and financial management. 

We perform a lot of small things with great quality at a large scale. In that process technology has become a partner in our craft and allows us to compete with more efficiency and less overhead. All of that ultimately accumulates and will have a compounding effect in building equity for our investors and cost savings for our partners. 

Our investors receive periodic reports with details of their equity status and positions. There are no management fees associated with any of our investments. The model is only based on a successful performance beyond a certain hurdle rate for our investors. Many families including many of our own have their savings with us, and everyone gets the same treatment. Our approach is that of a true partnership.
