Bradenton Lofts is going through the final stages of its finishing tasks. The demand to occupy the apartment units has been very strong. The management hopes to be able to deliver quality level apartments to its new tenants in the first quarter of 2024 as previously announced. It's an important aim of this project to help with the shortage of housing in the Downtown Bradenton area. We are very thankful to the City officials for their dedication and sense of priority on this project.
